With six meeting rooms, four with natural daylight and capacity for 2 to 450 delegates. Pontoon Bridge Hotel is the ideal choice for your next meeting or event. The hotel is private and conducive to running day meetings, residential conferences, brainstorming sessions, training and incentive programs.

Onsite Pontoon Bridge conference hotel Mayo have a host of activities for delegates to enjoy or utilise in team building programs. Lake fishing, painting, cookery, photography, archery and beauty treatments are all terrific options. Nearby you can avail of the many fantastic links and woodland golf courses (see our golf section), horse riding, Go-carting, Irish Heritage tours, cross country walks, windsurfing, seaweed baths and much more.

Connaught Room

The Connaught Room is our largest room with an abundance of natural light with curtain facilities to black out the room during presentations. With full view of the lake, the Connaught Room provides a conducive and inspiring environment for working, it is ideal for conferences in Mayo.

In summer and spring, morning coffee and afternoon tea breaks can be taken on the Connaught Room Balcony or lawn garden overlooking the water’s edge.

The Connaught Room is popular for product launches, AGMs, seminars, lectures, large workshops, exhibitions, fashion shows, corporate dinners and large conferences.

We have the ability to cater for additional space requirements by arranging marquee facilities on the front and back lawns of the hotel.

Grace Kelly Suite

The Grace Kelly Suite is perfect for small meetings and training workshops as it has large windows and lots of natural daylight. There is direct access out to the front terrace area of the hotel.

The Admiral Brown Boardroom

Our boardroom, with floor to ceiling windows and overlooking the lake, is an ideal room for holding private meetings, interviews, brainstorming sessions, workshops or away team meetings.

The Terrace

The Terrace is a medium-sized room with floor to ceiling windows and has direct access onto waterfront balcony. The room is ideal for larger boardroom style meetings, sales team meetings or information sessions.

The Terrace provides great flexibility due to its shape and is perfect for private lunches and receptions.

The Galaxy

The Galaxy is located in the hotel’s basement level. It is an alternative additional venue for large groups looking for something more informal.  The Galaxy has limited natural daylight.

The Bilberry Suite

Located on the first floor of the hotel, this suite is a small meeting or syndicate room.

Syndicate & Breakout Rooms

The hotel has number of formal and informal areas and rooms that can be used for syndicate or breakout sessions.

Dining- Lunch & Dinner Options

The hotel has one main restaurant – Twin Lakes for evening dinners or a section of the Waterfront Bar & Lounge can be allocated for bistro-style dining or bar snacks. Private and gala dinners can be organised in the hotels many function rooms. Alfresco dinning or a BBQ by the water’s edge can be arranged for lunch or dinner on the hotels Waterfront balcony or Nephin Terrace. We have a range of menus to suit all budgets and menus can be tailored for your requirements.

Morning & Afternoon Tea Breaks

Morning and Afternoon tea breaks can be served either in the meeting room or in the many lounge areas of the hotel.  The Mayo Room services the Connaught Room, Terrace, Galaxy and Admiral Brown Boardroom and is ideal for such breaks.
