Learn how to fish and cook your catch in Mayo's Angling Mecca - Pontoon for just €120 per person for a day of unforgettable fun!

For only €120 guests have the opportunity to learn how to fly fish and catch a wild brown trout from Lough Conn and then bring their catch to the hotel's Cookery School in the afternoon and learn how to cook it!

Added to that, lots more culinary tips will be imparted in the afternoon session that lasts from 2-5pm.

The price is only €120 and is based on a minimum of two people participating. This covers all costs including fishing gear supplied, rods, lifejacket, flies, etc.. The price also includes all costs associated with the Cookery School in the afternoon (ingredients, recipe booklet) as well as lunch and a glass of wine.

The "Catch & Cook" deal is available throughout the month of April to September 2011 each Monday to Thursday, subject to availability.

For those wishing to complete the deal by "Catching, Cooking and Dining" - the hotel are offering excellent value for a Mid Week Escape Package of €99 per person sharing for Two Nights Bed and Breakfast and one Dinner in Twin Lakes Restaurant which is available Monday to Thursday.
